For one of the European Institutions we are looking for an:

Administrative assistant English/French (m/f) ALK

Your tasks:

- General secretarial and administrative tasks in English and French: telephone, filing, updating of calendar, organizing meetings or events as well as missions, handling daily correspondence.
- Preparation and circulation of documents, including proof reading, edition and finalization of reports, electronic and paper archiving.
- Coordination and follow-up of internal procedures.
- Coordination with other divisions, ensuring information flow.

Your profile:

- You have gained at least two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in European institutions is considered as a strong asset.
- You are fluent both in English and French.
- You have excellent command of Pack Office.
- You have excellent organization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

- A long-term contract (average duration: 4 to 8 months)
