Define, drive and engage in stakeholder interaction model and communication・At least 10 years of hands on experience driving customer adoption for product/platform bundles・Establish clear adoption of O365 and milestones for the organization and employees・Exceptional ability to communicate and align with business requirements for product adoption・Work with leadership& stakeholders to define what Microsoft 365 services and features should be implemented・Promote the value of Microsoft 365 services and products with promoting value through customer experience・Support creating training courses and educational materials for M365 adoption・Hold good understanding of Microsoft 365 services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs・Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience・Promote good user base for Microsoft 365 Products and locate Champions to share the products benefit and bring in community value・Be the subject matter expert for the service portfolio in interaction towards our company, supplier and other stakeholders・Oversee management of service incidents& problems with the supplier, notably handling of related escalations・Ensure adequate testing prior to their implementation. Review and approve changes in production and could participate in Enterprise change advisory board・For onetime deliveries, validate non-standard requests and support requestor organizations in review of proposals and in case of delivery escalations

?Ability to manage cost centers / product responsibility.
