    Are you available for a flexible work schedule that rotates every few weeks, i.e. days, evenings, and overnight? Are you an experienced Production worker who's operated machinery in a manufacturing environment? Located in East Winnipeg - Transcona.

    If so we would love to hear from you! A leading manufacturer of plastic and fiberglass goods is looking for Multiple Production workers/Machine Operators to join their team!

    This is a contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have a history of strong attendance and ability to work safely in a production environment.

    Advantages
    - $16-$19/hour (based on experience)
    - flexible schedule rotates every few weeks
    - on the job training
    - opportunity for permanent full-time employment based on performance and attendance
    -bus route accessible
    -busy, fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities
    -Splitting the mold
    -Pouring powder inside
    -Close the mold
    -Unload it after the completed product is cooled
    -Lifting up to 50lbs
    -Using hand tools (paint scraper, air nailer)

    Qualifications
    -Strong track record of attendance and reliability
    -Available for days, evening and overnight shifts (rotating schedule)
    -Physically capable of prolonged standing and lifting up to 50lbs
    -Steel toed safety shoes
    -Clear communication skills, ability to follow direction well
