about the company

Our respected client is a rapidly expanding property development company that is listed on Bursa Malaysia. Their portfolio comprises of residential and commercial properties that are situated mainly in the Klang Valley region.

about the role

  • Manage daily sales and marketing operations, and presenting marketing proposals and plans to the management team.
  • Constantly leading the team in improving on customer service quality, and ensure high standards of customer service and after sales service
  • Conduct market research and analysis, and leverage on key insights in formulating marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to monitor upcoming projects and activities in the market, as well as keeping up to date with current market trends.
  • To lead product development planning, positioning and concept brief development, which includes feasibility studies, product mix conceptualisation and pricing strategies.
  • Create a strong and successful marketing and branding strategies for new and on-going projects.
  • To liaise and establish good relationships with local authorities and governing bodies. To obtain licences, approvals, and renewals as well as ensuring the compliance of submission of reports and applications to local authorities.
  • To formulate and drive marketing activities, including advertising and promotions, launching activities, exhibitions and other activities to drive sales.
  • To manage the sales team by planning, coordinating and implementing sales promotions, exhibitions and launches.
  • To develop strategic alliances with potential business partners.

requirements

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the property development industry, with a proven sales and marketing track record.
  • Strong leadership skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
