Our client is listed in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. They owned a few reputable office towers and shopping mall under its portfolio.

about the role

  • Able to implement operational objectives and strategies into varies maintenance programs aligned with the corresponding policies and procedures along with its annual operating budget.
  • Have the ability to make advancement in terms of maintenance strategies, setting preventive, overseeing mechanical and electrical performance.
  • Acquired knowledge in driving safety, managing contractor management and other initiative that enable to minimize its risk and liability.
  • Responsible for the centre’s Operating and Business Plan, Annual Operating Budget and Monthly reporting
  • Liaise with state and federal agencies to assure that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to on the premises.


  • Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, degree or equivalent.
  • 10-15 years’ experience in facilities management roles
  • Strong teamwork skills and capable of overseeing team members
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
