about the company

Our client is a leading and reputable consultancy firm based in Malaysia. This role is for their client -an SSC starting up operations in Malaysia with presence in China and Indonesia

about the role

This role is to support the HR operations matter and will report to a Senior HR Manager. You will have 4-5 subordinates under your care. From a generalist background, you will also be managing the training & learning and talent acquisition.


  • Update employee life cycle data into the system
  • Play an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Responsible for activities assigned by learning leads
  • Manage the recruitment process and manpower planning

skills & experience

This is a newly setup shared services with processes already in place. Having SSC experience will be an added advantage. You will be liaising with the China and Indonesia counterparts closely.
