about the role

This role is to suppor the Senior HRBP in the operations and stratergic aspects of the business. regions. As a strategic and operations partner, you will enable leadership potential and alignment opportunities by optimizing organization initiatives, providing line of sight into business and customer needs. Reviews, initiates, implements and evaluates Organizational designs for positive cultural / behaviors and global mindset change programs (eg cultural integration workshop) Key intervention and facilitation for group discussion / disputes within and across countries.


  • Partner with Business Leaders to develop leadership and organization strategies, operations, methods and processes
  • Design and facilitate sessions for site leadership, talent or key personnel deployment and process improvement moderation
  • Define and align retention strategies, method and processes to identify and retain key talent


  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction / manufacturing industry
  • Initiative, organized, meticulous and good sense of urgency
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Must be proactive and have initiative
  • Able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills
  • Hands-on and readily dive in to fix things up
