about the role

My client is looking for an IT Administrator to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. He/She will be considered as a front liner and will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all desktop and network related issues.


  • Provide first level resolutions to customer issues on desktop and network issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of products and services

skills & experience

  • Proven working experience in providing IT administration
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Working knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting.
