about the role

You will be reporting to the ­­­­­­GM and managing over 10 direct reports. This role is primarily responsible for leading the successful delivery of the full spectrum of production and operation matters. Handling manpower assignments, quality and productivity management. You will also be leading your team in implementing company's policies and goals instructed by Top Management. It is truly a role where you will be exposed fully on overseeing the production & operation process. An exciting position where you will understand the business entirely and participating in jobs tendering based on your contribution.


  • Responsible on production and operation matters. Machineries and manpower handling
  • Develop, coach and formulate strategies for your team of production and operation staff
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and authorities to maintain good rapport
  • Monitor and improve the processes towards cost effectiveness
  • To work out on human and material resources needed for the timescale of the job
  • Verify subcontractor claim, supplier invoice and production reporting

skills and experience required

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 10 years+ construction experience, with 5 years in a management role
  • Possess good leadership qualities and self motivated
  • People and performance management including the performance of sub-contractors or other project partners
  • Complex client and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
