About The Company

  • Our client is an International firm who is currently hiring for its growing teams

About The Role

  • Work in a 24x7 environment supporting system monitoring infrastructure & solving level 2 technical issues


  • Own and track tickets within SLAs skills
  • Identify, resolve or manage the resolution of system issues
  • Collect information to resolve the issue or escalate to a specialist
  • Take calls and service ticket requests on a ticket system
  • Familiar working with automated system monitoring applications across large networks
  • Involve with troubleshooting or escalate to level 3
  • Involve in a 24/7 environment

Skills & Experience

  • At least Diploma is required. A technical specialization is preferred
  • Min 2 years experienced in a relevant experience, preferably in Technical Support
  • Able to troubleshoot TCP/IP stack, especially HTTP
  • Good working knowledge in T-SQL, Linux/Unix systems, RESTFul client
  • Basic understanding of JSON and XML syntax
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Having ITIL Foundation v3 Certification is an advantage
