    This well known professional services firm is seeking an experienced people leader to support their mortgage broking team in their development and ensure they are equipped to consistently delivering high quality customer service.

    You`ll help drive and deliver business growth, taking on a continuous improvement mindset and always be seeking opportunities for growth.

    Some of what you will get involved with might look like:
    • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
    • Provide support, technical advice and trouble-shooting to employees to ensure a high level of customer service is provided in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
    • Provide input into statistical and performance feedback and coaching for team members
    • Be the 2IC for the Head of Broking
    • Oversee the Incubation program between the Mortgage Broking and Buyers Agent team
    • Oversee the working relationship between the Property Wealth Planning team and the Mortgage broking
    • Monitor and manage the pipeline of work across the Mortgage broking
    • Monitor and take action to improve the Net Promoter Score for the Mortgage Broking team
    • Monthly presentation of results from the Mortgage Broking team at Mortgage Broking meetings, Full team meetings and BPR meetings
    • Participate in the recruitment process for any possible new members of staff in the Mortgage Broking team.
    • Be accountable for the onboarding process for new Mortgage Broking team members (in conjunction with HR and other team members).
    • Provide insights into the Head of Broking in preparation for Executive leadership meetings
    • Assist the Company with workshops and presentation events
