Market Access Strategist (Manager)Strategy building by gathering, identifying and clarifying access related issues that differentiate the brand value through cross- functional incl. global Market Access (MAC), R&D, medical and marketing, and MAC internal discussionCreate access strategy document for the brand with MAC experts’ collaboration and to be aligned with marketing and medicalIncorporate access strategy into development strategy endorsed by JMDC or IBP endorsed by PLT OverarchingRepresent MAC and be the primary contact for other functions for MAC issues about assigned brand - Be the hub of the collaboration between MAC and other functions (MACMedical)Affairs, MAC-R&D, Japan MAC-Global MAC, Medical- Integrated Evidence Generation etc.)Work with ACT lead to communicate Japan specific MAC topics at ACT platform Project management or GCTComprehensively organize and grasp MAC issues and action plan, and track the progressIntegrate MAC output (HEOR publication dissemination, Advocacy material creation) and make a holistic proposal as MACCoordinate among advocacy and HEOR PL to secure strategy alignment and other functions’ action - Proactively discover and manage brand specific MAC issues not categorized into specific MAC expert Position【経験・職務に必要な能力・スキル・語学レベル】University degree or aboveAt least 3 years of experience in HEOR, Market Access, New Commercial PlanningCommunication and coordination: Proactively make proposal and gain Input from broad stakeholders (MAC + other Fxn)Preparedness to work in matrix structure: move things forward even when decision/responsibilities are not 100% definedStrategic thinking and mindset: Understand the brand context and identify and structure critical MAC issuesBasic knowledge of broadMAC topics: Be able to discuss MAC topics such as healthcare system, policy, pricing & reimbursement, advocacy concept and data
