Marketing & Communication, CRMResponsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of:- a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the brand’s image and position within the market, and facilitate internal and external communications;- all Company marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, and so forth.Ensure articulation of brand’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.Conceive and drive implementation of communications activities such as major image events and product launches, always liaising with the Company Communication Function, in order to guarantee coherence of the Company image. Manages related budgets for communication activitiesEnsures the correct implementation of all the marketing activities defined by the HQ, always liaising with the Central Marketing & Communication Function, in order to guarantee the total coherence of the Company imageManage the implementation and realization of the local events, in terms of projects coordination, suppliers management and logistic issues, always respecting the budget and liaising with the Central Marketing & Communication and the Public Relations FunctionsGuarantees the implementation of all the CRM activities, strictly liaising with the Retail Team, in order to always improve the CRM system quality (database alimentation, guaranteeing the achievement of KPI targets)Ensures all the involved Central and local Functions receive CRM reports with the relevant information to support the business Public RelationsManage the development and implementation of local Public Relations strategies, including magazines and newspapers, digital, product placements, always respecting HQ Public Relations guidelinesEstablish strong connection and being able to negotia

?At least 10/15 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communication
?Solid experience within Japanese Luxury Market
?Must be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver according to the communication strategy
?Excellent Leadership skills - demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop people
?Collaborative team player ? concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
?Excellent communication skills
?Influencing and negotiation skills
?Excellent organization skills
