• UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience of working in a school or college
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, passion and commitment to learning and development
• Strong subject knowledge
• Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver well structured lessons to pupils of differing abilities
