・7+ years of experience in a Merchandising or Buying role in a related business.
・Strong accuracy and precision for analytical skills – able to analyze for reporting and planning.
・General understanding of the market and interest in fashion trend
・Ability to take initiative and accountability for the respective categories.
・Excellent product sensibility
・Ability to respond quickly with a strong sense of urgency, juggle many tasks simultaneously and change priorities.
・Experience in retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures
・Professional in presentation
・Self-motivation and pro-activeness with a strong drive for achievement.
・Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Proficient in computer skills: Email/Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other BI tools
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Fluent in English
