As a Mechanical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Studying, designing, and supervising electrical installations in office buildings and industrial facilities.
• Managing active and passive fire protection, electrical installation inspections (ΥΔΕ), elevators, and other critical infrastructures.
• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of pumping and fire-fighting systems.
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues that arise during the construction and operation of facilities.
• Collaborating with engineering teams and contractors to ensure project completion according to technical specifications and timelines.
• Ensuring compliance of installations with regulations and safety requirements.
• Drafting technical specifications for electrical and mechanical (E/M) installations and overseeing project execution accordingly.
• Managing and monitoring supplier and contractor agreements.
• Developing and implementing maintenance and repair programs.
• Conducting studies and reports on system operation and efficiency.
• Supervising processes for the receipt and delivery of projects and materials.

• Knowledge of BMS systems, UPS, fire detection and suppression systems, as well as pumping and fire-fighting systems
• Experience in drafting technical specifications and monitoring contracts
• Registration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in designing and supervising electrical installations, particularly in office buildings and industrial facilities
