• Trade Qualification: Formal certification as a Fitter & Turner or Mechanical Fitter (Australian Recognised or equivalent).

• Licensing: Possession of a current and valid Restricted Electrical Work License (essential for motor isolation/reconnection duties).

• Diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling core equipment such as sewage pumps, mixers, aerators, gearboxes, and control valves.

• Executing precise alignment and installation of rotating machinery to eliminate vibration and extend asset life.

• Safely performing isolation and reconnection duties under your Restricted Electrical Work License.

• Actively engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve systemic equipment failures.
