The position 
As a Communication specialist you are responsible for all global communication to impacted employees and managers throughout the organisation by the GHRS program (40.000 employees worldwide). Namely, communication about the usage of a new system (Workday), new Global Processes (e.g. recruitment, performance management, talent management etc) and a new HR Target Operating Model. Among others you will:

•       Collaborate with communication specialists worldwide 
•       Execute and update the communication plan activities
•       Work with the global change managers (5) to make the change happen in all countries throughout the globe
•       facilitate the employee journey stream, IT stream and TOM stream by informing helping them with communication items 
•       create global communication materials ((presentations, events, newsletters, content for yammer etc)
•       coach communication specialists throughout the globe (10) on the work that needs to be done locally
•       set up and manage the global communication network
•       prepare documents for Program management team meetings for decision making
•       prepare change materials
•       help the global change team with all kind of activities 
•       coordinate the update of texts on HR portals worldwide

Locatie Utrecht, rol mogelijk tussen 24-32 hours p/w. Dit afhankelijk van je wens en je achtergrond.

Tijdelijke baan. Je krijgt een contract voor deze opdracht bij Yacht. Een vervolg opdracht bij deze of een andere opdrachtgever is mogelijk indien gewenst.

Your profile
-       University graduate
-       Around 7 years of relevant work experience in an international envoirment
-       Fluent in English, written and verbal
-       Experience in project management
-       Experience in global communication with a diverse target groups
-       Experience in developing and updateing a communication plan
-       Excellent communication & analytical skills
-       Works well under strict deadlines
-       Assertive Team player
