Vacature omschrijving

In this position you are responsible for a portfolio of clients within the German speaking region whom you will need to liaise with regarding payment of invoices.

An eye for detail and passion for the job make you the best at your work. You like to investigate an issue and get to the route of a problem. You are unafraid to contact our clients customers to query outstanding payments and missing information. At the same time you maintain your professionalism in representing the company to our customers.

Working as part of a team of 7 persons for the whole German speaking region you will contribute to the overall collection KPIs for Europe.

Main Tasks
- Manage and review aging reports
- Contact business (B2B) clients regarding open and unpaid invoices
- Proactively contact clients regarding high value amounts
- Contribute to collections targets each month, individually and as a European team
- Correspond with all stakeholders professionally via email and/or telephone
- Research and resolve clients¿ discrepancies
- Escalate any collection issues
- Negotiate payment plans where needed
- Forward delinquent accounts to a collection agency
- Issue reminder letters & statements when needed
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the team through various projects

As an ideal candidate you have the following:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience of credit collection or a strong willingness to learn
- Fluency in German mandatory
- Customer Service or a customer related experience
- Able to take initiative, think outside of the box and solve problems in a timely manner
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Organized and know how to priorities your workload.

The salary range is around €2300 to €2600 grows per month, and depends your work experience.
