Dow Benelux is an international chemical company in Terneuzen, the Netherlands. It’s presence in Terneuzen is of inestimable value for the (local) economy. When you work here you will actually take two roles upon yourself. You are both an Office professional and a Management of Change Coordinator.

As Office Professional you will provide administrative support to the ATC Analytical Operations Terneuzen team, covering diverse tasks such as manage financial Capital projects, ordering (office) supplies, managing the ATC AO Terneuzen web site, arranging security review for visitors access, preparing itineraries for ATC Analytical Operations visitors, financial cost center reporting, providing occasional training, and a variety of other administrative activities. You’ll also work in a Global team of ATC AO Office Professionals to support global initiatives requiring administrative support.

As Management of Change Coordinator you will help to maintain an effective program for the ATC Analytical Operations Terneuzen organization, coordinate progress of changes, act as a subject matter resource for the Management of Change system, coach employees, and help to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

A third important part of the role is the management of the Electronic Document Management System, to ensure timely review and full compliance to the record and retention guidelines, providing important contribution to the Operating Discipline Management system.

These are the competences you have:
• You have a minimum of a MBO-4 degree or a bachelor
• Flexible, pro-active and able to handle multiple priorities within a limited time frame
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of the SAP system
• Good command of the English and Dutch language
