    One of the worlds most prestigious banks is currently looking for a Network Support Engineer, could this be you?

    My client is based in London and is looking to expand their current team. You will work alongside the existing team there to support users to make effective use of systems by working as a single point of contact between users and IT service management. For this role, they are offering the right candidate a salary of £45,000 - £50,000.

    Responsibilities:

    • Office365 assistance
    • 1st and 2nd line support of the Bank's network infrastructure
    • 1st and 2nd line support of standard desktop hardware and software
    • Building and installation of PC's, software and printers
    • Active Directory administration, creating user accounts, group policy, groups and distribution list and profiles
    • Server administration, managing folder permissions and groups
    • Windows Server 2016 administration

    Desirable Skills:

    • PowerShell experience
      • Batch file creation
      • SQL Server Administration 2016
      • Any .net development knowledge
    • Troubleshooting Windows hardware, laptops, peripherals, and HP Servers
      • Windows 10/11
      • Microsoft Office 365
      • Understanding of Windows Server 2016
      • Active Directory
    • Veeam Knowledge
    • Backups
