Work for an organisation that strives to take care of the things that really matter. Greater Wellington Regional Council is looking for a highly competent marketing & communications specialist. You will plan and implement marketing & communications campaigns across a multitude of channels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Execution of a range of end-to-end campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Closely manage relationships with creative and media agencies including writing the brief, collaborating and driving campaigns.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and develop key messages.



Requirements:

  • 4+ years of marketing and/or communications experience.
  • Well-developed communication, alliance building, customer service and project management skills.
  • Experience in providing tactical advice and guidance to senior levels of management.
  • Ability to achieve strong outcomes in a high pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the development of marketing & communications programs and campaigns, including overseeing the development and implementation of campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and tactics, including experience in social media.
