About you

  • Account Manager understands customer, empathize with their pain points, and help them revolutionize their business.
  • Solid sales track record in a sales driven role, ideally in an outbound sales team.
  • Competent with technology and understand what "cloud" and "web browser" are and able to explain the concepts behind how they work.
  • Confident and cheerful by nature, intuitive and adaptable with handling a range of different personalities that you'll encounter.
  • Excellent, confident telephone manner, comfortable recording every step of their client conversations into company's sales tools, and will ideally have a solid background working in sales.
  • Knowledge of software or hardware technologies is an added advantage.

About the job

  • Manage customers from woe to go within sales team.
  • An expert at quickly developing relationships and focusing on the customer needs in order to overcome their concerns rapidly.
  • Ensure customer's experience is consistent and followed up as they progress through short training program.
  • Qualifying leads
  • Appointment setting
  • Maintain sales databases
  • Talking directly with customers and their key staff and converting them from non-paying to full subscribers

Skills required:

  • Previous Inbound Sales Experience
  • Clear communicator with strong written and spoken English skills
  • Data entry skills and confident using a CRM and organizing calendars
  • You must be a touch typist and have skills with computer technology
  • Excellent time management and unfaltering follow-up procedure
