Randstad Technologies are on the lookout for an Agile Coach to join a well established business, leading in the way in agile delivery. We're looking for people with experience in Scrum, Scrum Nexus, Kanban, and any associated frameworks or techniques related to agile.
Our client is a global powerhouse. They are innovating the way they work within technology, and as such need a talented agile practitioner to take people on a journey as the move away from the traditional waterfall mode of working, into a more iterative fashion. This role involves working within newly formed team, project teams and leadership teams with varying degrees of agile understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor teams in the quest to become more agile.
  • Demonstrate and take people on a journey around the benefits of agile
  • Assist them in the adoption and continuous improvement of this methodology.
  • Work alongside teams and leaders on the mind-set change necessary to improve organisation agility
  • Provide supportive leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team as they transition
  • Remove any roadblocks or organisational level impediments through coaching
  • Be the SME on agile development methods and processes
  • Establish key metrics to determine delivery performance and focus improvement
  • Drive the required cultural transformation
  • Lead and collaborate effectively with teams, leaders and practitioner communities
Skills Required:
We're looking for people that have a passion to coach. We are looking for agile practitioners, who have developed their skills in this environment through development, delivery management or as a Scrum Master.
We would like to hear about times you have worked within industry recognised agile frameworks, processes and techniques and have lead lead organisational and cultural change and embedded that into high performing teams.
  • Practical hands on experience as an agile practitioner.
  • Solid understanding of software development technologies and techniques
  • Demonstrable experience coaching high performing teams
  • A proven track record of improve delivery performance through coaching
  • Proven ability to provide guidance and coaching at various levels of the organisation with a focus on a capability uplift focus
