This large public sector agency requires an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Finance and Systems team. You will be responsible for delivering timely, complete and accurate information. Prepare information for the financial reports, Annual Report, and the Statement of Intent. You will also need to ensure that the Treasury and audit timelines are successfully met. Ensure that the internal controls and risks are sound and ensure that the financial processing is managed and delivered effectively. Additionally, lead and support the Capital Accountant in delivering the 10-year capital plan.

The successful, CA qualified, candidate will have proven experience with leading a multi disciplined finance team in a large organization. CFIS experience is essential. You will also have extensive experience with financial evaluation techniques, option generation and modeling, and presentation tools. Your proven leadership skills, with your ability to engage and motivate, will be critical as you quickly establish and build strong relationships.
