This SaaS business is a market leader in New Zealand based in Wellington and have a successful track record delivering to clients worldwide. They have been growing rapidly particularly over the past 2 years and don’t look to be slowing down.

The Team

The team consists of 8 people with strong capabilities in software development, automation and working with cloud technologies. This diverse team operates in an Agile capacity delivering very high quality solutions for their customers. They work collaboratively on projects and have created a culture that is vibrant and dynamic but also one of hard work.

The Role

The Technical Lead Developer plays a vital role in providing hands on leadership and technical expertise to the team. Team and cultural fit is vital and requires someone who is interested in giving opportunities for contributions and new ideas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead technical development; C#, REST API’s, AWS. .NET CORE, SQL 2017 and more
  • Work with the Product Owner, Architect and Frontend Lead in design
  • Advocating DevOps in all stages
  • Making continuous improvements for processes, reviews, and CI systems
  • Grow the team further by sourcing and recruiting into the team

This is a hands on technical role and requires someone with a solid track record in .Net development, technical leadership experience and preferably within a product development capacity.
