Are you looking for the opportunity to be the key coordinator and communicator in a fast paced construction organisation?

I have a newly created role offering a competitive salary, development opportunities and a chance to take ownership of this position.

I’m looking for someone to coordinate, assist and support the wider office and be the main point of contact for clients.

You’ll be the glue that keeps various parts of the design and build process in touch with each other and the customer.

Duties of the role include:

  • General admin including accounts coordination
  • Marketing material (signage, brochures, printed and digital collateral etc)
  • Contractor quoting and pricing
  • Account follow up and maintenance
  • Basic HR
  • Implementation of new processes and procedures

I am looking for:

  • A self starter who take initiative - you need to be able to problem solve
  • Someone who is organised and can thrive under pressure
  • Intermediate- advanced MS office skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • A team player
  • A people person (you will have client interaction as part of this role)
