You will have a comprehensive understanding of machinery of Government budget and funding processes. You will have to demonstrate your ability to identify, collect, organise and analyse complex data to provide information and enable decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice that supports the delivery of the organisation's strategy through sustainably financed and funded activities, while ensuring effective communication of complex issues, providing direction and nurturing collaboration across the business group. Perform market analysis and research to drive the development and maintenance of a long term financial model, while supporting with the assessment and analysis of key organisational short and long term drivers to determine the financial impact to the organisation.Develop and manage key external relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of long term funding and financing challenges, opportunities and constraints including managing the Budget bid process..Support reviews of baseline expenditure and opportunities to create efficiencies through documenting and packaging papers for appropriate audiences.
