    Our client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for a professional and polished Office services coordinator to support the team in their Mid-Town Office.


    Our company is currently seeking someone who has senior experience in admin duties, including calendar management, travel booking, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and various ad-hoc administrative projects for both People and Culture and Legal teams. This position is for someone who wants to work in a company with lots of room for growth.

    Responsibilities
    - Handling all mail and courier material, both incoming and outgoing
    - Sorting and distributing information and faxes to the appropriate departments
    - Maintaining the office - i.e. procurement of supplies, ensuring photocopiers and fax machines are in a good working state, etc
    - Data entry, Word, and Excel projects as necessary
    - Preparing invoices for approvals
    - Record management
    - Assist with internal office moves
    - Any other administrative duties and projects as assigned

    Qualifications
    - Must have a college diploma or equivalent in a related field
    - Past experience in an office services role is a MUST
    - Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
    - Ability to work independently
    - Highly organized with an ability to prioritize and multitask
    - Strong time management skills
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills
