Streamline hospital operations to optimize resource utilization, improve service delivery, and ensure efficient patient flow.
Maintain high standards of patient care by ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering a culture of quality and safety.
Lead, support, and develop hospital staff across departments, focusing on continuous improvement and high team morale.
Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and inventory control to ensure a safe and functional environment for patients and staff.

the experience

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or a similar role, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and best practices.
