It oversees a growing portfolio of popular dining brands, including some with legacies of up to 17 years. With multiple outlets currently operational and aggressive expansion plans underway, the Company is strategically focused on implementing robust operational systems to drive high efficiency, scalability, and profitability across its expanding network.

This strategic role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of key fast-casual outlets to ensure superior quality service, high standards, and maximised profitability. This position requires an experienced leader capable of implementing scalable systems and driving successful expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation & Oversight: Establish, standardise, and optimise operational systems and procedures across FOH and BOH to ensure scalability and high performance.
• Quality & Profitability Management: Ensure strict adherence to food quality, service standards, and compliance, with a direct focus on managing costs and maximising net profit.
• Expansion & Growth Support: Directly manage operations for the current concept outlets and prepare for rapid expansion, with future responsibility for the group's established brand.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the team (approx. 10 staff), fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales and performance, advising the Managing Director on strategic adjustments necessary to achieve organisational goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in the F&B industry, with significant time spent in a management or leadership role.

• Systems Expertise: Proven ability to implement and optimise operational systems (POS, stock control, and basic financials).

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills; hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or a related field.

Location and Compensation:

• Location: Must be based in Kuching, Sarawak.

• Incentive: Performance-based incentive tied to store net profit targets.
