Your responsibilities:

• • programming and operating PBR floor type boring machine CNC using Rexroth controller
  • programming directly on the machine (no CAM system used)
  • tool management
  • working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
  • tolerances 0,01
  • measurements of the parts using micrometers + quality control
  • small series (mostly max. 5 pieces) also single parts are made on CNC machines
  • design and drawings on paper according a model
  • reading technical drawings
  • maintenance on the milling machine
  • can work with crane – parts up to 5 tons + crane certificate

Your salary will be between €15 and €18 gross/hour. Depending on your experience.

there is only day shift work:

Monday: 08h00 – 12h30 and 13h00 – 17h00

Tuesday: 07h00 – 12h30 and 13h00 – 17h00

Wednesday: 07h00 – 12h30 and 13h00 – 17h00

Thursday: 07h00 – 12h30 and 13h00 – 17h00

Friday: 07h00 – 12h30 and 13h00 – 15h00

- You can choose to take only a 30min break

- You can choose to work late until 19h00

Saturday: 07h00 – 12h00: 5 hours overtime (on voluntary basis)

There will be lots of overtime and weekend work as you can see in the above timetable.  Overtime is paid at 150%.

Meal vouchers of €6 per worked day!

We can provide temporary housing if necessary. The cost is 120 euro per week all inclusive. It will be a furnished studio. 

A car is not necessary, the accomodation is only 4 km away from the work place so you can bring a bicycle or buy one second hand in Belgium.
