As a leading global biotechnology company our client TAKEDA wants to further strengthen and extend the local team in Vienna

Therefore we are looking for a

Process Engineer (f/m)


  • Drive project identification through capturing of requests and demands form internal customers and ensures proper scoping, prioritizations and reviews
  • Perform engineering feasibility studies an conceptual design for the implementation of process equipment including cost- and timeline estimation in the project evaluation /initiation phase
  • Lead or support the project funding though adequate presentation of the project proposal to the decision makers an stakeholders
  • Manage the planning and execution of engineering projects
  • Perform project management for projects involving mainly engineering or support the project manager by providing schedule- and cost management input and adequate project reporting
  • Support troubleshooting/technical problem solving with subject matter expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or biotechnology is required.
  • 5+ years of project experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry
  • Basic knowledge of process automation
  • Proficiency in the English and German language, both verbal and written
  • Experience in working and communicating globally
  • Be Result Oriented
  • Ability to see chances and possible solutions

The minimum salary for this position is € 3.163,33 gross per month (full-time); increased payment is possible. The contract will be limited for one year, an extension of the contract is possible.
