    OT Security Engineer

    As a Security Engineer, you will be helping identify and suggest recommendations for cybersecurity related risks across this company's global enterprise. Already, the application teams create logical architecture documents outlining how their applications communicate and pass data through the network. Our team reviews these architectures to identify cybersecurity related risks and work with the application team to come up with recommendations on remediations. This is a fast-paced environment with new designs every single day.

    There are 4 other Security Engineers on the team in the US, now expanding into Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and assessment of architectural artifacts (e.g. architecture diagrams) for compliance to security policy and identification of risks and potential areas of improvement.
    • Collaborate with peer Cybersecurity professionals in the assessment of IT solutions for security posture.
    • Work out of the ticket queue and enter information into the system to track the approval process.

    Requirements:

    • Understanding complex system diagrams
    • Understanding Cloud services, especially Azure and AWS
    • Understanding of cybersecurity related vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them
    • Office 365, all architectures are edited/viewed using Visio
    • Computer Science related background.
    • Preferred certs: CISSP, Cloud related (AZ900 or Cloud practitioner) GISCP, GSEC etc
    • Ability to explain technical vulnerabilities, risks, and controls in simple terms and influence others to remediate even with there are time and costs restraints.
    • Time management and self starter. Provide timely information to internal teams and business partners.

    18 month full time contract

    Fully remote
