    Are you an individual who is experienced in selling business to business? Do you have knowledge of the Alberta energy market and have experience working with sales of natural gas and electricity? We are looking for Edmonton's top talent for the Outside sales representative position, who have experience in the energy sector. As a member of the team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed.The successful Outside sales Representative candidate will be responsible for growing wallet share with existing customers while developing new business opportunities through effective prospecting techniques within assigned territory.

    Responsibilities
    -Communicate actively with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
    -Identify, qualify, and close sales through high qualifying activity, account planning and opportunity management
    -Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet sales targets
    -Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customer's needs and being the value-added solution provider.
    -Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and sales support for existing and potential customers
    -Submit reports on your sales activity and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
    -Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
    -Attending trainings, trade shows, conferences and sales meetings


    Qualifications
    -Related Diploma/Degree, minimum requirement for diploma in related field
    -Proven track record of B2B sales experience
    -CSP designation and experience working with salesforce is an asset
    -Excellent verbal communicator with ability in negotiation and to positively influence.
    -Natural business inclination and superior degree of integrity and professionalism.
    -Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
    -Proficient in microsoft office products
    -Able to travel frequently as required of the job
    -Confident utilizing the MS Office Suite with the ability to learn internal databases
