    Responsibilities
    -Communicate actively with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
    -Identify, qualify, and close sales through high qualifying activity, account planning and opportunity management
    -Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet sales targets
    -Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customer's needs and being the value-added solution provider.
    -Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and sales support for existing and potential customers
    -Submit reports on your sales activity and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
    -Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
    -Attending trainings, trade shows, conferences and sales meetings

    Qualifications
    -Related Diploma/Degree, minimum requirement for diploma in related field
    -Proven track record of B2B sales experience
    -Experience working in Construction / Building /Development Industries.
    -Experience working with salesforce is an asset
    -Excellent verbal communicator with ability in negotiation and to positively influence.
    -Natural business inclination and superior degree of integrity and professionalism.
    -Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
    -Proficient in microsoft office products
    -Able to travel frequently as required of the job
    -Valid Class 5 license
