    Are you an expert in the information systems field? Our client, a multinational technologies company, is looking to hire a Help Desk Agent to join their team.
    This will be working onsite at the Toronto office. This role would be a great opportunity for students in technical programs.

    Actively seeking for candidates with below requirements.

    Advantages

    - Monday to Friday
    - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for different hours
    - $19.15-$24/hour
    - August 1st, 2022 start date

    Responsibilities
    As a Help Desk Agent, your duties will include:
    ●Providing help desk support and resolving problems.
    ●Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
    ●Monitoring Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
    ●Modifying configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
    ●Utilizing and maintaining the helpdesk tracking software.
    ●Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
    ●Performing timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.


    Qualifications
    ●Diploma or equivalent.
    ●Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
    ●2+ years of help desk experience
    ●Tech savvy
    ●Problem solver
    ●Strong attention to detail
    ●Excellent customer service skills
