ResponsibilitiesResponsible for verifying and posting details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and total accounts.Maintains accounting records of chargebacks, retrieval requests, and exception processing.Compiles and sorts documents as they relate to the chargeback and retrieval cycles.Analyzes customer needs when answering questions as they relate to account inquiries and disputes.Explains available services to customers.Corrects errors and resolves financial disputes as conveyed by cardholders and credit card associations.Adheres to departmental procedures to meet customer and client needs in an innovative and resourceful manner.SkillsChargeback processing (1 year of experience is required)Post transactionsEducationHigh School (required)QualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level:ExperiencedShift: FirstWorking hours: 8 AM - 5 PMRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
