Regular overtime £870 per week of overtime.
Randstad are currently working with one of the largest housing associations in Sunderland who require the services of a Plumber to carry out the day - to - day maintenance on all plumbing installations and other associated work in domestic and commercial properties.
Experience
Experienced background in plumbing and heating including the installation and maintenance of boilers, fires, hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, soil and waste systems and rainwater goods and associated pipework.
Experienced in the installation, repair and maintenance of gas boilers, plumbing/heating systems and components
Be fully conversant and competent to carry out works in accordance with current Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations and Regulatory bodies
Qualifications and Training
Served a recognised (Indentured) craft apprenticeship in Plumbing
Or
City & Guild Advanced Craft certificate in Plumbing
Or
NVQ level 3
Hold or willing to obtain a recognised qualification in water hygiene.
Possess suitable current gas competency qualification - CCN 1, CEN1, WAT1 and specialist subjects, e.g. Fire, Cooker etc
Possess or willing to obtain other appropriate qualifications to be deemed competent in areas of associated work e.g. Unvented/G3 certification etc.
