A prestigious law company, looking for an experienced manager, who will be responsible for effective management of billing team.

your tasks

  • manage the team (about 25 people) to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounts receivable transactions
  • lead migrations of work into the center together with creation of required process documentation and operating procedures
  • E-billing process centralization
  •  develop and implement operating procedures, including training for standardizing process and improving controls and performance 
  • ensure and support effective governance structure and regular calls with local Finance teams and Partners
  • lead and support resolution of complaints , collecting Partner’s feedback
  • support implementation of new solutions and tools in to the billing process
  • people management ( performance , recruitment , development , promotions , recognition)
  • work with management team and local Finance teams to drive continuous improvement in the billing processes  


  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- second language will be an asset (German, French , Russian )
  • able to prioritize and multi-task particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • able to interact positively at all levels and be an inspiring leader for the team
  • confident using MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • knowledge of the Elite accounts system, SofLab any other ERP system or e-billing systems would be an advantage
  • experience in Accounts Receivable(billing process and other general accounting procedures)
  • experience in working with internal and external clients , excellent customer service focus
  • experience in managing teams performance and development
  • continuous improvement mindset
