job description

For our client from retail sector we're looking for a team assistant responsible for various administrative tasks in support of local management for Eastern Europe sub region.

your tasks

  • coordinate team calendar and meetings schedule
  • support preparation and coordinate internal and external meetings, write the minutes of meetings, support the follow up (deliverables, deadlines, etc.)
  • support in preparation and fine-tuning of marketing working documents (ppt presentations, reporting, etc.)
  • create and maintain any filing and reporting system as required
  • support the coordination of travel arrangements of the Director Brand Activation East Europe
  • support and execute projects and events
  • support in all kind of administrational ad hoc tasks

what we expect

  • foreign language skills (local language plus English)
  • preferred higher education
  • min. 3 years of experience in administration
  • support experience
  • ability to work in a virtual team set-up
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal /external stakeholders
  • proficient computer skills
  • good planning and prioritising skills
  • MS Office
  • driving license (type B)
