your tasks

  • Handling of incoming incidents and support requests regarding 1 st Level Support according to our support processes
  • Acting as technological consultant to our internal customers regarding IT Hardware and Software solutions
  • Documentation of technical solutions for the IT colleagues and for internal customers in form of manuals or FAQs
  • Configuration and on-site support of End User devices
  • Analysis and Diagnose of incidents and technological root causes


  • Successfully completed IT Apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Experience in Service Desk and IT Support
  • Profounded IT knowledge with client and network infrastructure as well as good analytical skills and service oriented mindset
  • Preferably also experienced in MS Exchange data maintenance, Active Directory and Microsoft SCCM
  • Determined, creative and committed team player with good communication skills
  • Structured working method that is characterized by independence and reliability
  • Fluent German and at least good English in spoken and written, French would be a appreciated
