your tasks

Central contact person for WW IT Systems related to Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controlling and associated processes between WW IT Applications Team and the Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controlling teams, especially for:

• Support (RUN) -> Definition of the IT Support Processes for the relevant systems. Ensuring the standard processes are RUN (with an external partner) based on the SLA agreements
• Projects (BUILD) -> Participation and coordination of the project activities in the area of the IT Systems for Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controlling from the WW IT perspective, including interfaces to current and future SAP and other IT platforms/systems
• Future IT Systems Landscape (ARCHITECT) - co-definition of the future WW IT application landscape in the area of IT Systems for Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controlling

what we expect

• B.A. or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling and/or Computer Science
• minimum 4 years experience in the respective area
• very good professional IT Systems knowledge in the respective area
• expert-knowledge in one of the standard reporting and consolidation systems, SAP BOFC preferred
• good knowledge of other IT systems used in the area of Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controlling, e.g. SAP ERP, SAP BW, Amana
• very good knowledge of the standard reporting and consolidation processes in the area of Corpaorte Accounting and Corporate Controlling departments, incl. consolidation rules, group closing procedures and guidelines
• very good English written and spoken (min. B2 level), German a plus
• experience in (IT) project management
• strong communication skills, team player, analytical mind, good presentation skills
• eaegerness to learn
• ready to travel nationally and internationally
