your tasks

  • working on the ATS (applicant tracking system) and other systems according to whole candidate life cycle in recruitment proces – uploading documents, changing data and statuses, creating reports and metrics
  • maintaining all job descriptions, internal and external job postings and advertising
  • schedule and co-ordinate high volumes of interviews with candidates, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information and demonstrating an awareness of different time zones and arrange room bookings and video conferences
  • provide regular updates to the recruitment managers and head of recruitment regarding the status of interview requests
  • arrange online psychometric exercises and behavioural preference questionnaires, track candidate progress and provide updates and reports to the relevant managers or recrutiment coordinator
  • process candidate travel expenses and recruitment placement invoices, ensuring that all invoices are correctly coded, tracked and processed in a timely manner
  • responsible for offer and joiner process in relation to the recruitment of all staff, producing offer letters and contracts for all candidates, management of the pre-employment screening process
  • creation of payroll forms, ensuring the necessary approval is obtained from hr advisory, and sent to payroll in time for the monthly payroll cut off
  • co-ordinating the new joiner induction and associated production of timetables, arranging business cards for all new joiners
  • involvement in ad hoc projects as required

responsibilities

  • excellent English skills (min. C1)
  • experience in customer service, administration or HR
  • experience of working in managing high volumes of administration, documents and clear record keeping systems including databases
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, knowledge of HR systems would be an advantage
  • excellent customer/client facing skills, great communications and interpersonal skills
  • self-reliance, responsibility, accuracy and strong organisational skills
  • strong problem solving and analytical skills; can clearly explain and present problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution
  • demonstrates professional, positive and proactive attitude
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • experience of working within a law firm, corporate environment or professional services (SSC/BPO) organisation would be preferable but not essential
