Currently we are helping Akzo in creating their fifth GBS (Global Business Service Centre) in Warsaw. This is why we are looking for Candidates with Dutch to join to a great and new TA team.

your tasks

Administer and control the required information during sourcing, screening candidates and hiring

new employees. Support the general recruitment process and apply expertise to resolve specific

cases on Talent Resourcing.

  • Provide answers about the Talent Resourcing (TR) system, recruitment process and new hires as the second line customer contact (Tier 2)
  • Receive and verify the provided TR information) and enter the data in the system
  • Be in contact with the system administrator if there are issues
  • Liaise with the local rewards department to obtain the Job codes for requests and enter the information in the system
  • Liaise with the Data Management department to obtain the position number
  • Control the approbation process (right approvers, right workflow)
  • Liaise with the Talent Resourcing Partner on requisitions approved and to be approved
  • Enter external resumes (obtained through pro-active sourcing) in the system
  • Post ads within applicable system (as soon as receiving the add from recruiters) and follow up publications
  • Manage the supplied Talent Resourcing and candidate data in the system
  • Utilise recruitment system for adequate tracking and maintenance of job requisitions and candidates
  • Identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems and make a suggestion for improvement to the team leader.
  • Using process knowledge to show customers how to retrieve information through the various channels (HR Portal)

  • Experience with HR and/or Recruitment supporting technology will be a huge advantage
