your tasks

  • Support in financial data consolidation and categorization,
  • Monthly review of postings against all TSR operational cost centers,
  • Analysis of CAPEX spend per projects,
  • Building relationship with TSR’s Managers and GENPACT’s partners,
  • Deal with unexpected costs and issues – contact with UK, US Finance & Procurement Helpdesk, confirm acceptance of additional costs with manager,
  • Participate in regular financial review against forecast,
  • Opportunity to work with the finance tools such as SAP (appropriate training to be provided during the internship),
  • During the internship, student will gain good opportunity of understanding the Financial rules and internal policies and will be able to apply it,
  • Participation in the meetings with managers, external suppliers / vendors to ensure payments are made according to the contracts’ requirements,
  •  Current control over TSR contracts – renewal date’s checks and contact with Service Managers and Contract Owners if needed,
  •  Access online supplier/vendors billing tools to pull reports and invoice back up data,
  • Ad hoc reports on requirement.

  • Student of Economics, Finance & Accounting,
  •  Attention to detail; ability to review financial information analytically; logical approach that develops in-process checks to identify quickly whether data aligns with expectations,
  • Fluent English,
  •  Familiar with Microsoft Office tools,
  • Team player, able to build trusting and productive business relationships with staff from a variety of backgrounds within and outside of GCS,
  • Sense of humor and positive attitude to work,
