As a result of a solid partnership with one of the biggest Multinational Company with relevant international projects taking place in Portugal, namely on research and development of Telecommunication solutions, we are currently searching for a Support Service Engineer.

Main Activities:
• Responsible for configuration and maintenance of infrastructure routers and switches inside Service Lab;
• Responsible for daily operations in security area (FW policy rule base configuration –maintaining efficient and up-to- date FW rulebase as per Service Lab needs);
• Responsible for managing remote access to Service Lab;
• Responsible for laboratory Hardware dimensioning (monitoring current network usage and weak points, indicating needs for changes);
• Solves technical problems in IP/security area;
• HW fault management.

• Immediate entry into an attractive technology project in a prestigious multinational company;
• High complexity development and state-of-the-art tools.



• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Telecommunications;
• Experience in software load, stress and performance tests;
• Test automation skills: very good shell scripting, Python/ruby scripting would be excellent;
• Operating Systems knowledge: linux is mandatory;
• Database knowledge: SQL and Oracle database;
• Oracle administration / tuning is considered a plus;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good team player attitude, preferably with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
• Dynamic and pro-active;
• Good analysis ability.
