We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established and well-regarded Medical Centre in Geelong.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare through operational excellence.
As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery to both consulting doctors and patients. You’ll lead a supportive and professional administrative team and play a pivotal role in driving the clinic's success and community impact.
Manage all aspects of daily clinic operations including rosters, staff supervision, and budgeting.
Lead, train and develop the administration and reception team.
Ensure exceptional patient and practitioner service delivery.
Uphold compliance with clinic systems, policies, and industry standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
Prior experience in medical practice or healthcare management (essential).
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
A collaborative, professional approach with a passion for patient care.
Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational workflows.
Understanding of Medicare, billing, and healthcare compliance (preferred).
Ability to make informed decisions that align with our values and goals.
A full-time position, Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts).
A competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000 + 11.5% superannuation.
