Pricing & Market Access LeadTo lead the Pricing and Market Access strategy, conform to internal & external pricing regulations. To develop and implement pricing strategies, tactics and frameworks for entire therapeutic area focusing on to maximize business impact. Manage RMP/HTA approval and governance process for the country.Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with global teams and accelerate the integration of the Japanese team's plans into the global strategyDrive pricing as a strategic lever to maximize asset value – manage pricing along with key internal stakeholdersTo Manager and Develop the team members.Comply with Internal/External pricing requirementsIdentify and apply insights into anticipated pricing changes in the healthcare and regulatory environment, the market and customer needs.Identify and strategically collaborate with various external stakeholders that impact the local ecosystem and engage in a variety of activities to impact value creation for patients.Support development and implementation of sustainable brand strategies & operational plans in close collaboration across functions and in alignment with the overall patient access strategy for launch and/or existing products.Query management: liaise with various internal stakeholders (Global and local) to manage queries from stakeholders with respect to pricing and market accessPricing risk management: Drive the pricing governance set up in collocation with other stakeholders such as Finance, Wholesaler, Commercial, Legal and Compliance teamsLead Implementation of Digital price governance solution. Support pricing audits (Internal/External) with respect to conformity to pricing governanceQualifications:University degree in Science and/or degree in BusinessMarketing/Business StudiesMBA preferredRelevant experience in to Pricing (3 years) and Market Access and marketing (and/or policy) management positions within the pharmaceutical industry.Good understanding of country, regional and local dynamics, including regulatory and market environmentsUnderstanding of product launch and product commercialization processes
