• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Provide individual and small group support to students who need additional help.

* Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
• Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
• A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
